A little about me.

My name is Blake Clarkson and I am an adventure photographer. Through my images I hope to capture the untamed beauty of the natural world. I aim to inspire other people to explore the wild places that often go unnoticed and to foster a deeper appreciation for the importance of preserving our environment. Through adventure and exploration comes a better understanding of the delicate balance of our natural ecosystems. With each photo I aspire to encourage us to cherish and protect the wonders of our natural world for future generations.

A man with a beard, sunglasses, and a beanie hat steering a sailboat on the water, with a landscape of hills and trees in the background.
A skier wearing a red jacket, black helmet, and goggles is skiing downhill in a snow-covered landscape with leafless trees. Snow is being kicked up around him.

Growing up, my experiences in nature profoundly shaped who I am today. From the clearing of the mind of skiing to the unique calm a river brings while fishing, these wild places have taught me resilience, patience and a profound respect for our environment. They have been a constant refuge and classroom, instilling in me a sense of wonder and desire to protect the natural world. Hopefully my photography ignites the same passion and respect for nature that so deeply influences my life.
